Today the first section of the archive is up.No trains, tags, etch section up yet..but in this section you will find over 400 pics of graffiti that were on the site before it was taken down in 2003.All the pics were either shot by me or submitted, we're not theives here so dont be a fucken theif, if youre gonna use these pics in any of your own work and or post them elsewhere please give due credit(trust me throughout the years many flicks were seen across the internet that I know were ripped off from this site).

FRIDAY THE TWENTY EIGHTH DAY OF JANUARY TWO THOUSAND ELEVEN

It seems like just yesterday I was out flicking pics for the site on a daily basis and providing updates of local graffiti that the internet seemed to lack back in the early 2000's. I started SanJoseGraff back then in an effort to present what was going on in San Jose in terms of graffiti in the most unbiased of manners, and some of you guys out there did not like that. True to form, I intend to once again provide you with that small corner of the internet in which everything goes and if I do happen to post a pic of your shit dissed please do NOT email me it wasn't in an effort to humiliate you, or a personal attack on you I PROMISE, if it bothers you that much go fix it and submit a pic of your repaired work. If you want to see pretty graffiti or graffiti that was done "back in the day" theres plenty of places to go looking for that, chances are you wont see much pre-2000 graffiti here, I dont have the connections or desire to provide you with that.

In 2003 SJG took a backseat to the real life situations I was facing. The fact that time was becoming harder to come across and the number of people who were unhappy with the way they were represented on the site were enough to make the site undesirable to run. Its now 8 years later and upon a drunken conversation with a good friend of mine I decided, "Fuck it! Why not put that shit back up." Truthfully, in the most humble and un-cocky way, I don't really give a fuck what crew your from, how long you've been writing or any of that other shit we all like to brag about. Although, I do understand the paying of dues and respect longevity I'm not goin to take that into consideration when posting pics on here... This site will be a representation of San Jose in the way in which we see it just like before, and unlike before that probably means that if your painting creeks and trains, or painting the fucking caltrain line it aint gonna be on here =( I simply don't have the heart to dedicate that much time and effort to this site now, but you can always submit pics.

With all that shit out of the way way... I know you motherfuckers just want a forum to talk shit a battleboard to cross each other out anonymously and a healthy stream of pics to critique, I mean this is San Jose right? Ya'll couldn't sustain a positive thread on 12oz if you were all fingerless......... Ladies and Gentlemens were back...
